I’m also on a daily mission to make sure that we’re not wasting food. So, after finding a tired lettuce and a small portion of cucumber lurking in my fridge, I set about making a really yummy soup. A few raised eyebrows and doubters to start with, but it actually tasted really good ... and made a nice main meal for six.
Who knows what I’ll find to make tomorrow, but we’re not throwing anything away ... !!! 🤷♀️
