Well, we’re having a scheduled power cut today (7 hours), so it’s back to basics, time to slow things down and light our stove.
I love the simplicity of cooking on the log stove, yes it takes a wee bit longer, but the flavours are wonderful and the house smells amazing. Not to mention it’s just so cosy … 😌 On the menu today, a yummy chicken casserole …
I can’t wait to try it. 😋
