I did some Valentines Day baking this morning and my kitchen smells amazing. I decided on a heart shaped, chocolate layer cake. It’s filled with fresh cream / raspberry jam and has chocolate fudge icing to coat. YUM. Just need to put the kettle on and make a nice pot of tea and we’re good to go ...
