It’s another glorious day in the Highlands and the perfect weather to harvest this year’s crop of onions. I’ve been using them for a while now, just pulling from the garden as needed, absolutely delicious. They’re so juicy and sweet, perfect in soups and salads alike … 😋
I’ll probably freeze the majority of them, a good option for longer term storage, but I’ll definitely be keeping some by to use now … maybe some French Onion Soup over the weekend …🧅🧅🧅🧅
