Our beetroot plants are doing well … I love the colour of their leaves, so bright and cheerful. One of my favourite things to grow, as you can eat the leaves as well as the root … delicious in a salad 😋. Anyway, it’s so nice to be able to sit out in the Polycrub again, I could spend hours in there … just watching things grow and listening to all the birds sing. Summer truly is a magical time and I’m soaking up every minute …
