Sadly we’ve used up all of our homegrown beetroot’s and had to buy some in. I was shocked to see they were literally no bigger than a large radish and been imported from Spain. Not much flavour either … very disappointing. I think we’ll be growing a lot more this year and put some aside for pickling.
I really miss my garden … not long now …🙃
