I decided in March it was time to get fit and make some big changes. I’m now on week 10 of a healthy new diet and have completed 24 days (starting this month) of wild walks ... feeling great and enjoying the views ... :)
Todays wee wander was to Clash Woods - this circular walk is about 2 miles and climbs steadly, before desending through woodlands. It's definitely worth the effort, as the views at the top are spectacular.
