Well, we finally got around to planting our asparagus bed this year. It’s been such a joy to watch it grow, it makes me smile every time I pop out to the Polycrub. One of the hardest things has been to resist the urge to pick it this year … from what I’ve researched, it’s best to leave it for a couple of years before harvesting. I’m being strong, but the temptation is real. 😬
