It’s been a wee bit frosty over the last few days with the ice crystals giving everything a magical glow. Trees and woods have been transformed into a winter wonderland and the excitement for Christmas is growing, a truly festive feel. All we need now is some snow … fingers crossed. :)

With all the worry and uncertainty around Covid at the moment … I’m trying my best to just focus on the simple things. We were lucky enough to catch the sunset tonight, which was absolutely stunning. Just taking a few minutes to watch the colours wash over the sky.
So peaceful and calm. Please stay safe … X Oh wow … it’s been full steam ahead in our little craft shop this week and we’ve been busy posting out your items. I just wanted to say a big thank you to everyone who has ordered from us, we really do appreciate it and we hope you love your goodies when they arrive.
On a different note … I’ve just finished two more needle felt brooches and popped them in our shop … if you’d like to take a peek they’re on our website and in our Folksy shop. We’re posting daily during the week, but orders placed at the weekend will go out on Monday. Anyway, sending you all big hugs and positive vibes from our homestead … please stay safe, Erin X Someone’s looking forward to Christmas. Hugo loves opening parcels and presents … he firmly believes that every package delivered by our postman is for him. So cute and very funny… :)
This year it was time to repair and upgrade my daughters advent calendar. After 30 years it’s still going strong and makes me smile every time I see it. It took me an age to finish back then, but each stitch was sewn with so much love. Happy December everyone … :)
